Hi, I’m a student. I have two questions:
1. I had used C++:HTP6 last year, but I couldn’t complete it. This year I plan to use VC#2008:HTP3. I’ll be reading it by myself. I want to know how much time would it take (in hours preferably) to complete reading VC#2008:HTP3 ? (Last year I’d read C++:HTP6 at about 4 pages per hour. Exercise took little longer. Is this too slow? Any suggestions?)

2. Also, I’m having difficulties in getting Java:HTP8 , VC#2008:HTP3 and IWWW:HTP4 here in India. The Indian editions aren’t available yet I guess. Is it possible to make their PDF versions available for us at Indian version prices?
